Securing the DJ and assisting with playlist selections. MC/host script-writing. Securing & managing staff and volunteers. Sourcing and pulling wardrobe, selecting and working closely with featured designers, boutiques and retailers. Styling models, securing and managing the glam team (hair and makeup), Creating mood boards & look books. Securing and working closely with talent. Booking travel and accommodations. Photography and press/media management.
